screwed....

ok...i screwed up...big time.

the flow cyto test on tues was screwed cos i forgot to adjust PMT 4 voltage. so all my resulst were rendered useless!

arghhh...

redo..then becos it was so rushed...i had to stick to a one hr slot...and in teh ned took too much time, and ate into the other guy's time :(

so paiseh.

anyways, wouldn't ahve taken so long if not for sample no. 28.

that thing later came out to be clear...ie: no cellS!

no wonder no results.

neraly went to expo..hahaz. until i called zoe and found out that it was next week
